Little Successes

This weekend was a win.  I drove all the way to Kingston (about 4 hours) by myself to visit my friends from school. After several rest stops I made it.  I had a great time seeing them. I only stayed one night because I didn't want to be completely worn out for the drive home.

The drive home I only had to stop once! I was so proud of myself.  I had to have a huge nap today but I made it through the rest of the weekend without napping.  Score.  This has given me a bit more confidence for my upcoming trip to England; I got through 2 busy days, six weeks of busy days can't be that much harder right? Right??

Tomorrow is my appointment at the Fibromyalgia clinic and I'm looking forward to being closer to a reason for the excessive exhaustion and maybe even treatment plan options in addition to what I have so far.  I also have a psychologist appointment tomorrow which I hope to work on the anxiety I am having that is making me feel ill concerning my upcoming trip.  I get so worried I won't be able to make it through the trip that I actually throw up.  It's brutal.  So hopefully she can help me out a little.

Thanks so much for reading and spreading mental health awareness

Love

Jess
