Happy Holidays

Hey everyone,

I know it has been a while since i posted last.  I have been busy with appoinments and getting ready for the holidays.  Luckily I had all my shopping done before the malls got ridiculously busy.  It has hurt to walk the past couple weeks.. my hip has been feeling rough.

I went to the naturopath a bit ago and she said I could be on this special diet for a few years, which Im pretty bummed about but I am making it work.  I made some really yummy gingerbread cookies that were gluten and refined sugar free, definitely the best gluten free baking ive done.  I made them twice because the whole family enjoyed them.

I also went for more hypo dermal testing or whatever it is called, apparently my number has gone down from the first time for several nasty bacteria that are said to be wreaking havok in my body.  This is good, it means the nasty supplements are working.

I started seeing a psychologist as well.  We have discovered that I dont like myself and part of me doesnt want to like myself.  Not sure why but we will work on that.  I think thats why my past relationships failed so miserably.  It is very hard to believe someone else likes you when you dont like yourself.  I really need to work on myself before i can be happy with someone else (cliche i know).

I went to a concert that was fun.  But I left my keys in the car and had a bit of a panic halfway through.  The brain fog is pretty bad as you can imagine.  I seriously considered bringing a cane to the concert... thats how much pain I've been in.

I saw the good dinosaur with my grandma because we used to watch the land before time over and over and over and she thought it would be cute to go see another dino movie together.  It was very good but very sad.  The poor good dinosaur had a lot to overcome.

Im getting together with some good friends this week.  (One of my best friends is home from Ottawa and I cant wait to see her tomorrow).

Sorry for any typos or grammar mistakes, I'm working from my ipad instead of the computer today.

Thanks so much for reading the trivial bits of my life, I hope you have a wonderful holiday season and a happy new year!
